So ECM needs to recognise 80%+ of content enters the Enterprise as an email attachment, to extract the value from this data it requires an automated process to classify and index this data to be managed by BPM tools surprisingly weak email integration with Sharepoint!!

I agree, this is a great Great Article and it showed a lot of foresight. We use Sharepoint and it is a great product and I am keen to learn more about it.

Great Article form a while back, it is still very relevant and it doesn’t surprise me that the conference was the SharePoint show either!

It doesn’t surprise me that the conference was the SharePoint show, but it does surprise me that MSFT did not focus on BPOS. They have made it clear that this is where they are focusing their competitive strategy. Sounds like they missed an opportunity.
