The following presentation was given at the AIIM Document Management Service Providers Executive Forum in Austin, Texas on November 7, 2008.

The following presentation was given at a joint AIM/ARMA event in Chicago, April 2008.

This presentation was given at the Gilbane Conference on Content Management in Washington DC on June 5, 2007 during a panel discussion.

I presented on this topic at the AIIM National Capital Chapter breakfast meeting. I had a great time presenting my view of what the future may hold and talked about some of the clues that we may have been able to pick up at the recent AIIMexpo 2007 in Boston.

Organizations implement records management to ensure their records are well organized, accurate, and retained securely through their lifecycle. What happens when documents are removed from the system? This session will discuss adding information rights management to ECM solutions to extend the effective management of those records outside of the repository. Presented at AIIMexpo 2007 in Boston.

This presentation was give at the Gilbane Content Management Conference in San Francisco on 4/11/2007. The presentation provide three thing managers should do to effectively manage content in a Web 2.0 World.

This presentatio was given in person and is designed to educate professional project managers on the importance of managing the documents and artifacts from projects as official business records.

This presentation is an overview for those new to blogs and blogging. I presented this to a live audience late last year. I also provide some of the basics and cover some off the tools available for new bloggers.
